All rates are determined by Dayhome Educators in collaboration with Little Bear Dayhome Agency.  Please contact the agency for any queries related to payments and rates.  Please note that overtime rates apply for early drop off and late pick up and are posted in educator's homes.

Deposit/Enrolment ...

Parents must provide a security deposit and enrolment processing fee per child on the scheduled registration date. (* deposit amount may be adjusted with coordinator approval)

Full Time Care ...

You are paying for a childcare space each month.  Actual attendance is not a determining factor, but rather planned service hours. Please note that overtime rates apply for early drop off and late pick up.  Fees are charged monthly. Parents may be eligible for subsidy and / or affordability grant. Funds are administered by the agency, however subsidy must be applied for independently.

Part Time Care ...

Part time care is determined by the individual Dayhome Educator. When your child attends part time, you are paying for a childcare space at a specific rate per month.  Educators decide if they will accept children full time, part time, or a combination of both, thus, certain educators may decide not to provide part time care.  If a parent still wishes to contract with this educator, they will be expected to pay full time rates, even if the child does not require full time care.
